Please note that space, tables, and display boards are limited – not all requests may be approved.

Care & Safety

Care of all people and the venue important.  Liquids can be a problem even if contained on towels to prevent someone slipping.  Heavy or awkward equipment can injure and/or damage the floor.  The hall has limited power supply so beware of overloading the system – know the power use of your equipment.

Issues to be considered:

• Liquids
• Power near liquids
• Large power draw
• Large, heavy, awkward items
• Heat
• Chemicals
• Gases
• Noise
• Rubbish

Please add any issues and your solution on a single row each. Add as many as required.
