Craft House is throwing open the doors with demonstrations and displays of the amazing work from groups who call Craft House home.  Being the home many of the premiere textile and fibre Craft Guilds in WA, you will be able to watch demonstrations, and talk to experts in their fields.  See the work of award winning crafters who are recognised around the world for their skill and artistry. 

Become a member of one of the groups to start or continue your craft journey.  The craft groups that call Craft House home run regular meetings, workshops, exhibitions, and events all aimed at the sharing, learning and doing of craft through artistic, design, and skill development through mentored innovation.

Or if you are a craft group without a permanent home join Craft House and make us your home. Craft House is managed by Crafters for Crafters.

The Textile Arts on display will include:

Quilting – Traditional and Contemporary, Knitting, Spinning, Tapestry, Dyeing, Weaving, Crocheting, Felting, Contemporary Textile Art, Cloth Dollmaking

Surrounded by beautiful green park land and gardens Craft House is the perfect facility for community groups of all kinds who need a regular place to hold their activities. Very reasonable commercial rates starting as low as $28 per hour are perfect for after school or community groups or individuals who run classes such as dance, art & craft, yoga, meditation, singing or acting to name a few. Not-for-profit organisations can join as Member associations with reduce rates.

Regular bookings are available with special slots for after-school 3pm – 6pm and evening 6pm – 9pm. There are three spaces with varying capacity and all have access to a kitchen no matter which space you use. Parking is at the door step with over-flow parking surrounding the parks and gardens.
